Run over 5 x 90 minute modules in virtual classrooms, participants will receive a practical overview of their responsibilities, supported by case studies and specific actions that can be implemented within your organisation’s governance processes.

Module 1:          The Legal and Governance Architecture

Module 2:          Directors and Officers Roles and Responsibilities

Module 3:          Asking the Right Questions About the Financial Statements

Module 4:          Specific Board Roles – Chair, Company Secretary and CEO

Module 5:          What Should be Keeping Directors Awake at Night

 

Note:  Optional coaching is also available for the whole Board, the Board Chair or the CEO
