Qualification Overview:
The Frontline Manager – Flexible option takes a modularised approach to fit in with your schedule and learning style. Participants can take the modules in any order and assessment then enables them to demonstrate competence as they progress through the program. The Flexible option leads to the same outcomes as the Intensive option, but allows you to take different one day programs at times that suit your schedule and in any order.
Designed for:
Managers working at the frontline of an organisation, from supervisors and team leaders, through to business unit and divisional managers. The breadth and depth of the capabilities developed during the program enable participants to apply leadership and management competencies across a range of different work roles in a variety of organisational contexts and industry sectors.
Requirements to Receive the Frontline Manager Qualification:
- Diploma level participants are required to attend any 5 of the Diploma core modules from the 8 core modules listed below and any 3 of the elective modules, or remaining core modules
- Both Diploma and Certificate IV participants will also need to complete the appropriate assessment requirements.

Enrolement:
Step 1: Complete Application Form
Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.
Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.
a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.
OR
b. Enrol Online
- Select the first program below and choose your preferred date, click Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
Assessment:
Participants will be assessed for each individual module via an assignment. Assessment fee will be charged upon assessment submission.
Note: The Frontline Manager qualifications must be completed within two years of commencement.
