Qualification Overview:

This qualification provides an opportunity for HR managers, senior HR officers and HR consultants to develop their skills and knowledge in the areas of HR management covering recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, HR information and remuneration systems and workplace learning.

Designed for:

HR managers, consultants and senior HR officers who already posses a sound theoretical knowledge of HR management and can demonstrate a range of managerial skills in human resource functions. It would help individual learning on this program if this person had responsibility for the work of other staff.

Assessment:

Participants are required to successfully complete an assignment task for each of the modules above showing how they are applying the competencies addressed on the programs in the workplace.

Requirements to Receive the Diploma of Human Resources Management:

Participants are required to complete the three (3) programs listed and the assessment component of each unit of competency or apply for Skills Recognition. Skills Recognition is a process that enables managers who are interested in gaining the qualification to be granted exemption from attendance at some or all training programs.

Enrolment:

Step 1: Complete Application Form

Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.

Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.

a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.

b. Enrol Online
- Select the first program below and choose your preferred date, click Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
