Certificate IV in Human Resources 2010

Qualification Overview:

Many people work within human resource management without formal qualifications in the field. This highly practical Certificate IV level qualification exposes participants to a wide range of areas that will increase their capacity to make an impact in their organisation from a human resources role.

Designed for:

Human resource managers or officers, administration staff responsible for HR, or other line managers who want a comprehensive understanding of the issues surrounding human resource management.

Assessment:

Participants are assessed via seven assignments - one for each program. These assignments require participants to show their application of the learning in each module to their own workplace.

Requirements to Receive the Certificate IV in Human Resources:

Participants are required to complete all seven programs below and successfully fulfil the requirements of the seven assignment tasks. These assignments require participants to show their application of the learning in each module to their own workplace.

Enrolment:

Step 1: Complete Application Form

Download the Information Kit and complete the Application Form to register onto the qualification. Mail, fax or email signed Application Form to AIM.

Step 2: Enrol on each individual program in your qualification
You will need to enrol on each of the programs that form part of your qualification individually, as each will have a various dates for you to choose from.

a. Enrol using Enrolment Form
- Fill in the Enrolment Form included in the Information Kit and send or fax back to AIM.

OR

b. Enrol Online
- Select the first program below and choose your preferred date, click Book Now
- Add yourself or Add Attendee to the program
- Click on Add Program to continue adding all modules for your qualification
- Once all programs have been added you can continue to the Checkout.
