Program Overview

Planning at the organisational level sets the direction and influences activities at the team and individual level. Effective planning can contribute towards better performance and improved processes and production within an organisation. Other important by-products of the planning process are increased customer satisfaction and the capacity to manage change more effectively. Sound planning is essential if an organisation is to reach its desired goals. It is also a key function of managers at all levels.
