Program Overview

The need for organisations to ensure that their technical and professional staff are competent to operate at a benchmark level of performance is becoming more and more critical in a business environment that demands consistency, high quality and sound risk management. The Workplace Assessment program provides participants with the core skills required to ensure their assessment processes and decisions are valid and reliable.

Designed for

Internal trainers, assessors, and team leaders accountable for conducting competency based assessments for their organisations. All Registered Training Organisation (RTO) assessors or individuals seeking to achieve the Certificate IV in Training And Assessment.
