Program Overview

What do you think when you see a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet or a set of budget figures? Are you confused or intimidated? If so, this program is for you. During the program you will come to grips with these statements and the basic language and concepts of accounting.

Staff at all levels from marketing, technical, administrative and management areas who need to grasp a basic understanding of accounting.

  • Prepare financial reports to enable preparation of cash flow forecasts and budget reports
  • Draft financial forecasts/budgets
  • Use simple financial ratios
  • Explain the compliance requirements for accounting record keeping.
