The Australian Institute of Management manages a complimentary Mentoring Program for Professional Members. Mentees must have held AIMM, AFAIM, or FAIM status for at least a year. Mentors are eligible immediately.
Applications are welcome for the 2010 programs, the first beginning in early March. Please note that places are limited.
Mentoring offers an opportunity for Members to build their skills toward future goals and is an effective method for the transference and sharing of knowledge in management and leadership experience. It can be an effective strategy which contributes significantly to personal and career development.
