AIM Member Networks

AIM Member Networks

AIM coordinates four active Member Networks that represent 4 key segments of AIM Membership and are made up of existing Professional Members. These Networks support the Institute by reviewing Member benefits and services, discussing current topics of interest to Leaders and Managers and generating ideas for Membership and Learning and Development at AIM.

AIM Networks include the following:

  • AIM Emerging Leaders Network (30 years of age and under)
  • AIM Professional Managers Network (50 years of age and under)
  • AIM Senior Leaders Network (over 50 years of age)
  • AIM Women in Business and Management Network

The Networks meet quarterly and Professional Members serve a maximum tenure of two years. The Member can give notice at any time if they wish to leave the Network.

To add value for the Members in the Networks, each meeting comprises a segment where Members discuss a pre-agreed management or leadership topic of interest and share related wisdom, insight and information around the table. These networks provide an excellent opportunity to meet other Professional Members from across the industry sectors and build a network of personal contacts.
