For several years, AIM has been running programs offshore. The programs have been on topics as diverse as leadership, strategy, frontline management, team development, communication, human resource management, workplace assessment, sales and marketing.
With continued success, AIM has now expanded in South-East Asia, starting with Indonesia and Malaysia.
All programs are taught in English, although some have been translated into the local language.
