AIM Research

To Help Improve the Performance of Organisations, Teams and Individuals

The Institute conducts regular on-line research with its Members, participants and contacts (especially those in HR management), in order to maintain an important finger on the pulse of the Western Australian business community.

Some surveys are undertaken in partnership with The University of UWA Business School as part of an Alliance between these two organisations. Leveraging the best of both worlds, research undertaken in this way benefits from the academic rigour of the University combined with the applied focus of the Institute.
